“Previously, as a professional engineer I delivered projects that improved processes and productivity and now having re-trained as a doctor I am keen to support others in developing innovative solutions to improve care for their patients.   

Innovation to me is thinking 'How can we improve this?', working out how to improve it, then doing it. Being part of a team who are motivated to improve how we work for our patients and having a wealth of data available to help do so.”
