Access to and use of www.goshdrive.com is provided by Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust DRIVE Unit and is subject to the terms listed below.

DRIVE means Digital Research, Innovation and Virtual Environments, which is part of the Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and is located at Level 1, 40 Bernard Street, London WC1N 1LE.

Service Access

While we try to ensure that the website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Where you are invited to submit any contribution to www.goshdrive.com (including any text, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant DRIVE a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the DRIVE Privacy Policy.

If you do not want to grant to the DRIVE the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to www.goshdrive.com.

By submitting your contribution to www.goshdrive.com you warrant that your contribution:

Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to www.goshdrive.com for all the purposes specified above.
Is not defamatory.
Does not infringe any law.

You also warrant to:

indemnify DRIVE and against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by www.goshdrive.com as a result of your break of the above warranty; and;
waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on www.goshdrive.com and the purposes specified above.

We reserve the right to include content from sites including but not limited to You Tube, Facebook and Twitter. We do not control the privacy practices of these other sites. Users of such sites take full responsibility for their own content. We use our best endeavours to protect the interests of the individuals featured in the content on our website.

Governing law

These Terms of use shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising from these Terms of use or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
